In June 1974 ECR began there transmissions. The first broadcasts took place by relays, but in September the 15’th there own transmitter was brought to use. In the beginning ECR was an one man operation, but after 16 month and 40 hours on air, the staff expanded to two persons. The DJ’s was Marcus and Marby Mulligan.
ECR also made some tests on 60 Mb with 1 to 75 watts. On two years ECR received 285 reports from 214 listeners.
