Radio Omega

In January 1977, day 16, the Swedish air included a new free station, it was Radio Omega.

They had a 70 watts strong transmitter and was broadcasting on 6276.6 kHz. The antenna was a pointed dipole antenna. In the beginning they had no address, so they told the listeners to write to the editor of the pirate-column in the Swedish DX-Federations newsmag Eter-Aktuellt, and tell him if they had heard Omega. Later on they got an address.

Some rumours says that this station is identical with Radio Bols.
